Shipping Costs

To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart then use the "estimate shipping" button. You will be asked to choose your location from a drop down list. Click update, and the shipping cost will be displayed. The goods are carried by insured couriers and should reach you in pristine condition. If you have any problems with a delivery please contact us at Customer Services.

Shipping Times

Our normal despatch times from receiving your order are 10-14 days. Music and jewelllery boxes are usually shipped with four weeks as they are made to order. If there is to be an extended delay in despatching your order, we will contact you via email, and advise you of the estimated despatch date. Most of our gifts are hand-made and hand-painted to order. We do carry some stock of our most popular items, but we cannot keep stocks of every item in our expanding range. We are only a small, family run firm, so there may be occasional delays. If an item is in stock we aim to despatch same day.

For any order we will ship via Royal Mail. We use a combination of First Class, Special Delivery, Air Mail, and Air Mail Signed For.

Email Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and details of your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped and you may receive other emails at different stages of the fulfillment process. Please save your emails for your records.

Guarantee and Returns

All our products are checked prior to despatch, and leave the premises in good condition. We despatch in robust packaging to ensure that your goods arrive safely. If an item is found to be damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. All items are hand painted, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be of identical colour to that seen on the web. There will always be subtle variations in the colour tones, and outlines, but these only serve to enhance the individuality of the product. Yours will be unique.
